Catherine Alcock

I am a Person Centred Practitioner whose aim is to create a safe and confidential space for you to explore any difficulties you are experiencing. I understand that taking those first steps on your counselling journey can feel very daunting, and maybe even a bit frightening, but I aim to create an empathetic, non-judgemental, warm, and friendly environment for us to work in. I believe that every client is unique and that your needs are different so am happy to undertake and support you through this process at your pace.
