Catherine Alcock

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor who offers support to individuals face to face, online and via the telephone.

I understand that taking those first steps on your counselling journey can feel very daunting, and maybe even a bit frightening, but I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore any difficulties you are experiencing and create an empathetic, non-judgmental, warm, and friendly environment for us to work in. Every client is unique, so I am happy to undertake and support each session at your pace.

views people as capable and autonomous, with the ability to resolve their difficulties, realise their potential, and change their lives in positive ways”
